 If your product arrived defective please notify our team within 48 hours of receiving your order to be eligible for a refund/exchange. Leave us a message through the CONTACT tab so we can reply to you with further instructions to proceed. 

All trainings/workshops/classes/course payments are non refundable or transferable.
